At Kowtow, we are committed to ethical production and your complete satisfaction with every garment. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all garments are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original compostable packaging.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local postal service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the items.
